Welcome to the captivating world of Abhilash, a true sailor whose name has been etched in the maritime history books.

Abhilash is one of the nine intrepid sailors who have completed the Golden Globe Race in its 55-year history.

Envisioned as the slowest, longest, and toughest race in the world, the Golden Globe Race unfurls as the ultimate test of human mettle and unyielding determination. After 82 days of racing, Abhilash was rescued from the deep south following an accident that left him nearly paralysed.

In an inspiring comeback story, Abhilash returned to the Race that nearly killed him to clinch a podium finish after spending 236 days at sea, all by himself pushing the boundaries of human endurance, embracing the unpredictable twists and turns the oceans threw at him.
